Example to understand Article 14 – Right To Equality
अनुच्छेद 14 कानून के समक्ष हमारी समानता सुनिश्चित करता है। इसका मतलब है कि आदमी ( मर्द ) और औरत दोनों को कानून के समक्ष समान अधिकार हैं।
जैसे अगर पति शारीरिक या मानसिक विकलांगता के कारण अपनी बुनियादी जरुरत के लिए पैसा नहीं कमा पा रहा है तो यह पत्नी की ज़िम्मेदारी है कि वह अपने पति का पालन-पोषण करे।
