Void Marriages :
Any marriage solemnized after the commencement of this Act, shall be null and void and may , on a petition presented by either party thereto 2[against the other party], be so declared by a decree of nullity if it contravenes any one of the conditions specified in clause (i), (iv) and (v) of section 5.

हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम 1955 की धारा 11 – शून्य विवाह :
इस अधिनियम के शुरू होने के बाद कोई भी शादी अशक्त और शून्य हो सकता है यदि यह खंड (i), (iv) और (v) की धारा 5 में निर्दिष्ट शर्तों में से किसी एक का भी उल्लंघन करता है तो और इसे डिक्री द्वारा घोषित किया जा सकता है |
